Department of Arthroscopic Surgery
The Trauma Center in Murnau has practiced and continuously improved the use of arthroscopy since 1976, beginning with arthroscopy of the knee.
Since 1987, all major joints (shoulder- elbow- wrist joint, hip, upper and lower ankle) have been operated on by arthroscopic procedures.
In certain cases, smaller joints are also examined arthroscopically, e.g. the articular / clavicular corner joint, the collarbone-breastbone joint.
Outpatient treatment is possible for appropriate consultations.
